Binary output from Predict GLM, Predict GAM, etc. should be NoData where inputs are NoData

Description

Currently, NoData regions are classified as 0. But it is important to know whether something is 0 or unknown due to lack of data.

As a workaround to this problem, you can always manually classify the response raster by applying the Spatial Analyst Greater Than Equal tool (compare the response raster to the threshold value).
