Some tool parameters should be GPTableViewTypeClass rather than DETableTypeClass

Description

Currently, all tools that have the ArcGIS table data type use the DETableTypeClass .NET data type. This means that when you use the tool from ArcMap, you can't select a layer from the Table of Contents pane. In many cases, GPTableViewTypeClass could be used, which would allow layers to be selected from ArcMap. I need to review all uses of DETableTypeClass in the entire code base.

Implemented in [127], which will eventually be released in MGET 0.4a1.
