Description

To implement the fishnet tools (#113), I need a tool that intersects points with fishnet polygons and writes the fishnet cell ID to a field in the point feature class. In short, I need a tool that samples polygons. This is generic enough functionality that it should be developed as a stand-alone tool, separate from the fishnet code.
