DESCRIPTION:The priorities of this release have not been defined yet. A mai
 n priority will likely be to rewrite the raster conversion and sampling to
 ols under a new framework\, and develop new tools on top of this (e.g. Sam
 ple Time Series Rasters). The release is tentatively five months long\, bu
 t will likely not include six months of effort from me (Jason)\, as my wif
 e is expecting a baby in early October.
