Milestone 0.4

This release will add more of the oceanography, conversion, and data-management tools available in the  prior unreleased package of tools. The release will include whatever I can get done by the end of November, as I will be on vacation for much of the month of December.

11/30/07 UPDATE: I am delaying this release until the end of January. I could just release 0.4a3 as 0.4, but I was not able to perform sufficient testing on it to promote it beyond an alpha release. Also there are additional features I want to include in 0.4. So it makes sense to delay to allow a few more weeks development after I return from vacation.
